Company and public sector networks
When administering networks for companies and the public sector, monitoring ran over SNMP together with an information system for monitoring and helpdesk, so reports and device status were in one place.
Virtualization infrastructure
About a year after the virtualization platform went live, Cacti monitoring was added over its hosts and virtual machines:
- CPU and memory load;
- network traffic;
- file systems;
- uptime and service availability.
